Tadpole is a simple way to keep track of your workouts.
You are constantly losing points and the only way to stall the loss is to log more workouts. You lose points at roughly the same rate as your body loses muscle mass (and gains fat) when you dont workout.
Tadpole was developed and designed by Chris Dunaetz as a proof-of-concept app.
